• Scenario: Parent Co (consisting of Media Co & Apparent Co), which faces issues including low growth rate media industry and low profit margin fashion company, now consider three alternatives:

  • Divest Apparel Co to focus on media business

  • Acquire Fashion Co to expand business in fashion industry

  • Other alternatives

• Using financial valuation analysis methods to evaluate and propose the best option for Parent Co's shareholders and management board
